A new update of the Galileo OSNMA Receiver Guidelines (v1.3) is now available. The scope of this update is the provision of additional test vectors and sample data supporting the verification of the OSNMA functionality implementation.
The EU Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) together with the European Commission have published a new update of the Galileo Open Service Navigation Message Authentication (OSNMA) Receiver Guidelines.
The update provides additional OSNMA Test Vectors (Annex B) and sample data supporting the verification of the OSNMA functionality implementation. The provided test vectors enable the assessment of receiver capabilities to support different OSNMA configurations as well as the public key and TESLA chain management processes. Test vectors for Merkle tree renewal and the OSNMA alert message are also included.
