The Galileo and EGNOS Front Desks are now integrated into the European GNSS (E-GNSS) Front Desk. Users reaching the E-GNSS call centre will get a reply from the GSC Helpdesk for Galileo-related requests and from the EGNOS Helpdesk for EGNOS-related requests.

The existing EGNOS Helpdesk evolves towards the E-GNSS Front Desk serving as the point of contact for all Galileo and EGNOS-related support.

With the integration of the Galileo and EGNOS Front Desks into the new European GNSS (E-GNSS) Front Desk, GNSS users can now receive support for all E-GNSS services through a single Call Centre. Whether you need assistance with Galileo or EGNOS, you can reach the E-GNSS Call Centre by phone at +34 911 236 555.
